I love to cook healthy, tasty, cruelty-free cuisine for my family of four.

We are not rabbits, and we certainly don’t eat like them. It’s always been important for me to feed my children and fella food they love so they don’t feel that they are missing out by omitting animals from their plates.

I became vegetarian at age 10, and have been cooking and researching plant-based foods for more than two decades. Along the way, I have amassed a ton of knowledge and a venerable recipe repertoire. I’m honored to share all I’ve learned with anyone who is looking for  flavorful, healthful and humane meals.
